Julie Roberts, MOTD
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner | Massage Therapist | Integrative, Somatic-Informed Care

My focus is helping people reconnect with their bodies, recovery from injuries, restore balance, and support overall wellbeing through an integrative, whole-being approach to manual therapy.

I bring over 20 years of experience in body-based therapies and client education. I graduated from the Manual Osteopathic Therapy program through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC) in 2022 and have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2006 after completing my training at Mount Royal College in Calgary.

My approach integrates manual therapy with somatic-informed practices, movement, breath, and home care education to support body awareness, rehab from injuries, including chronic and persistent conditions, and nervous system wellbeing.

As someone who has been immersed in movement and embodied expression, including yoga, dance and flow arts, I bring a foundation in the mindbody connection into my sessions. I continue to explore the unlimited possibilities and knowledge of my evolving integrative approach to manual therapy and holistic wellbeing.
